Contemporary Abstract Artist
Liza Hathaway Matthews is a contemporary abstract artist and textile designer who lives in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband and three children. Radiating a contrast of luminous color, graceful form, and texture, her creations are inspired from nature, interior and garden design and pattern. Harmony and movement are evident in her work. Liza’s mediums range from oil and acrylic paint, ink, charcoal and pen and unique collage materials too. Liza’s 2021 Fall line introduced her latest Modern Floral ‘Vases’ and ‘Summer Serenity’’, a collection of Modern Flowers done with acrylic, oil, ink and glass dust on canvas. Her pieces are unique and created with a personal inspiration that is evident in her multi-dimensional works.

Commissions
Commissions are available with a 50% deposit after the design has been agreed upon with the remainder due upon completion. We will work with clients during throughout the design process to create something that is to client's satisfaction.
